Hi all,

When I try to export data from freshdesk, i got this error message : Has to be lesser than current time 

 

What should I do to export data ?

Sounds like a bug.

I’d suggest to submit a support case instead.

Support : Freshdesk Support

You can chat, send email, call or login and submit a support case there.

I’ve experience the same “problem”. I’ve raised it (also) as a ticket. If you get response from support, please note their answer in this thread. I will do the same 👍

As seen in the screenshot, the time line is not definite, which is why the error could be coming on your end. Can you please give it a time range.
